1. What these terms cover
Reshiram (“the site”) is a personal platform operated by its owner for the owner and invited users. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the site for lawful, personal purposes only. Commercial resale of the service or its data is not permitted.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes anyone’s rights.
- Do not scrape or bulk-copy other users’ private data.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. The owner may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, and may change permissions or retire features at any time. Accounts are provided by invitation and access can be withdrawn.
4. Content you provide
You keep ownership of content you upload (such as journal entries and photos). You grant the owner permission to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the site for you. Private travel-journal photos are not shown to other users.
5. Third-party content and IP
Pokémon sprites, card artwork, game logos, and related material are displayed for personal reference and remain the property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK Inc., and The Pokémon Company (via sources including the PokeAPI sprite repository and pokemontcg.io). Map data credits appear in the relevant feature documentation. Nothing on this site grants you any rights in that material.
6. AI features
AI-assisted features are experimental. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable as a basis for decisions, and you should not submit confidential or sensitive personal data to them.
7. Availability and changes
The site is provided as a beta “as is” service without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be discontinued. We will update these terms here when they change.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (which is currently nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory protections that apply to you where you live.
